Anyone above 18 years of age can participate in the #Star Cement Best Ethnic Wear Contest. For the purpose of reckoning age the age as on the date of participation will be considered.
Participants should have his/her own public social media account in Facebook or in Instagram.
The participants will be considered eligible for the contest only if they meet the above steps of participating rules.
Participation in the contest will be considered for people staying only in the business areas of Star Cement Ltd in Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, West Bengal, Sikkim & Bihar. As a proof of stay in the aforesaid location, the address mentioned in the Voter ID /Adhaar card of the participant to be considered. The Company reserve its rights to claim copy of the document as a proof of residence and age.
#Star Cement Best Ethnic Wear Contest is valid from 10th April 2023 till 16th April 2023 midnight
No entries will be allowed post 16th April 2023 (Midnight)
The contest winners will be decided through lucky draw on receipt of the valid entries.
Winners will be announced at the end of the contest. Provided we are able to contact the winner and the winner has able to furnish the valid document as a proof of residence.
No winners will be eligible for more than one prize.
The choice of the Prizes will be at Star Cement’s discretion.
The usage of the photos sent for the contest will be subject to Star Cement’s discretion for selecting the winners.
Star Cement Limited shall have sole right on the photo sent for participation at the context and it can be used by Star Cement Limited for its business promotion without any further approval /consent of the participants./p>
Employees of Star Cement Limited and their family members will not be eligible to participate in the contest.
Once a winner is selected through lucky draw Star Cement will send required correspondence to the winner over Star Cement Facebook Messenger. The winner needs to respond within 15 days of announcement for collecting the prize otherwise the winner will be disqualified and the prize will be time barred.
Prizes won cannot be converted into cash.
The winner to bear the cost of collection of prize, if any.
Incase of gifts received in damaged/defective condition winners needs to contact over mail contest@starcement.co.in within 3 working days of receiving the winning gift.
In case gift attracts any tax in force, the winner to bear the same and once the prize is handed over to the winner, the Star Cement Limited shall have no responsibility in this regard.
Star Cement Ltd has the sole and indiscriminate right to cancel or discontinue the contest any time during the contest period.
